Customer Reviews : Apple iPad 2 MC764LL/A Tablet (64GB, Wifi + Verizon 3G, Black) NEWEST MODEL

This review is fromThis review is from: Apple iPad a pair of MC773LL/A pill (16GB, Wifi + AT&T 3G, Black) NEWEST MODEL (Personal Computers)

I have purchased each an Ipad2 and Xoom for various relations. i believed it price comparing the 2 devices for anyone interested. several of my comments are subjective therefore bear that in mind when reading the review.

External look and feel:
The Ipad2 screen features a totally different feel from the Xoom screen - the Ipad2 may be a bit slicker, less seemingly to stay when moving short distances. The screen on the Xoom tends to indicate fingerprints quite the Ipad2 for a few reason. everybody during this family thinks that the Ipad2 appearance sharper than the Xoom.

Both weigh one.6 lbs. Subjectively, the Xoom feels heavier than the Ipad2, however it's an illusion maybe caused by it's slightly smaller size.

Both have the same size screen, measured diagonally. however the side ratio is totally different - 4:3 for Ipad2, 16:9 for Xoom. this suggests that the Ipad2 truly features a larger viewing space, and this makes a true distinction when scrolling through an internet website. The Ipad2 screen is brighter than the Xoom screen.

Hardware performance:
The Xoom feels somewhat faster than the Ipad2, and therefore the specs show that it's faster. each have twin core processors primarily based on ARM styles. The Xoom appears to be able to handle graphics higher than the Ipad2.
