It fits the device perfectly, and also the camera is targeted perfectly within the camera cutout hole on the rear of the case when put in properly. (I do not know what another reviewer was complaining concerning poor match. perhaps he was trying to put in a primary generation iPad into this iPad2 case.) ipad 2 case folds into multiple of positions permitting you to use your iPad in an exceedingly type of ways in which. What the images do not show is that you just will fold the case in even one lower position to permit for typing. during this position, the iPad is elevated concerning one in. within the back, giving a cushty typing position. alternative cases I previously owned for my recent 1st gen. iPad were elevated too high in back when within the typing position, resulting in aching wrists when typing for less than a brief amount of your time. What the photos conjointly do not show is that you just will fold the quilt back (kind of like folding back a spiral certain notebook) to form the iPad within the case fully flat.
