Customer Reviews : Otterbox APL2-iPAD1-20-C4OTR iPad Defender Series Case This review is fromThis review is from: Otterbox APL2-iPAD1-20-C4OTR iPad Defender Series Case (Electronics) I am the sort of one who believes each gadget ought to have adequate protection...at least from my clumsy hands :). I had an Otterbox case years ago for my BB Pearl and remembered they were an honest complete. Before shopping for the case, I used one amongst those silicon rubber cases that solely protects the rear and sides (barely) that I purchased with the iPad for $40. some months later i attempted a folio-type case, however it absolutely was too obstructive. once some returns to Best get, I finally waited somewhat patiently for this case. People who criticize the iPad for it's worth are crazy, as a result of I've paid $40 for a case that gives 1/8 of the protection the Otterbox provides. i believed it absolutely was a steal for $50 greenbacks, considering it MSRP's for $90. I will admit, the Otterbox is one beastly case, however i'm a giant guy therefore lugging an additional 1-1/2 pounds is nothing. I will see how some folks, primarily ladies, are turned off by the case. it is not engaging, either, therefore stylistas beware.
